Announcement: Use of AI Scribe in Sessions

I will be using an AI scribe during sessions to help me stay fully present and focused while still maintaining accurate clinical notes. All information processed through the scribe is completely confidential and is automatically erased and permanently deleted. No data is stored or used for any other purpose.

If you have any concerns, please talk to me. I am happy not to use it if you prefer. Your comfort and sense of safety always come first.

Nothing will change with our therapeutic relationship — I will continue to be fully present, attentive, and holding space exactly as before.
